Ross Corder (featured in Mountains II) just opened a restaurant in Toronto! If you’re in the Kensington area and in need of some amazing food, stop by Hot Beans. All vegan and all delicious. Ross’ passion for food really shows in all the menu items. Yesterday I had a side of rice and beans that tasted better the entrées I’ve had at many other places. In other news, I never updated to say how amazing the Mountains Collective party at the start of year was. IT WAS AMAZING. Such a great crowd out all night. Thanks for coming, you made me want to keep doing them. Also, Mountains III is in the works. Slowly but surely!
